Real examples of what working with us looks like

From beautifully run photo days to the lasting projects we help fund – here is what Keystage Photography looks like in practice.

Giving Back

A sensory room for a Chatham school

When a local Chatham school wanted a sensory room for its pupils, the quotes it received came in at around £8,500 to £10,000 – out of reach within the school's budget. As part of our commitment to giving back, Keystage Photography funded and created the sensory room for the school.

It is the clearest example of what we mean by photography that gives something back – and the kind of partnership we want with every school we photograph.

Photo Day

A calm, on-time photo day at a busy primary

Every photo day we run begins weeks in advance – with a timetable built around the school's lunch, PE and assembly schedule, parent communication sent before the day, and a clear sibling system that means no family is ever missed.

On the day, our team arrives early, sets up quietly, and works through the schedule without disrupting lessons. Ordering, retakes and delivery are handled for the school afterwards. The result: a calm, complete photo day that barely touches the normal school day.

Sibling Photography

Sibling photography across year groups

One of the most common pain points for school offices is sibling photos – particularly when brothers and sisters are in different classes or year groups. Our process means requests are collected before the day, checked against the school roll, and built into the timetable so siblings are photographed together, however spread out across the school they are.

No family is missed, absentees are accounted for, and retakes are planned from the start – not treated as an afterthought.
