No child should miss out on their school portrait because they were away, unsettled or unwell on the day. Keystage Photography has a clear, fair process for retakes and absentees, so every family gets a photo they are happy with.
If a pupil is absent
We note absentees on the day and work with your office to arrange a retake session, so children who were off school still get their portrait. Sibling photos are accounted for too, so no requested group is lost.
If a family wants a retake
If a parent is not happy with a portrait, or a child was having an off moment, we are glad to arrange a retake. Our aim is simple: every family should have a portrait they genuinely love.
