Giving Back
Giving back to the schools we work with
Keystage Photography believes school photography should do more than create portraits. It should support the school community too. Instead of building everything around school commission, we focus on value for parents and meaningful support for the schools we work with.
How we can support your school
That support can include donations towards school resources and projects, such as:
- SEND resources and sensory provision
- Forest School and outdoor learning
- Tree planting and nature-based projects
- Books and reading resources
- Uniforms for families who need support
- Play and sports equipment
- School fundraising campaigns
We agree what is most useful with each school, so support goes where it makes the biggest difference. Some of these programmes are growing, so we will always be clear with you about what we can offer and when.
Our sensory room project
The clearest example of what we mean by giving back is a project for a local Chatham school.
We funded and created a sensory room for the school after it had received quotes of around £8,500 to £10,000 for the work.
It is exactly the kind of partnership we want with the schools we photograph – photography that creates something lasting for pupils and the wider school community.
Read the case studyTrees for Schools
We are developing Trees for Schools and other nature-based giving-back projects, helping schools add trees and green spaces to their grounds. If your school is interested in being part of this as it grows, we would love to hear from you.
